Community Upliftment

“In today’s world, it’s important to build a brand with purpose. As such, we have partnered with Project Dignity/ Subzpads, by donating a percentage of each sale to their initiative,” says Pippa de Charmoy, owner of Della. “This project resonates with me as I have daughters, and through Project Dignity, girls are given the basic education that they deserve, their dignity is kept intact, their self-esteem improves, and they are empowered.”

As so many girls are unable to afford sanitary ware, they aren’t able to attend school and as such may miss up to seven days of school every month. The aim of Project Dignity is to reduce absenteeism and dropout rates in schools and increase opportunities for girls to complete their education with dignity. Subzpads are washable sanitary pads and panties for underprivileged schoolgirls and communities, which are distributed to young girls aged 10-19 years old through Project Dignity.
