How is my Della purchase packaged?

All our jewellery is beautifully packaged in a satin drawstring bag and sturdy box accompanied by care instructions. It is suitable for sending as a gift directly to a friend or as a special treat just for you.

Sizing of Della Jewellery:

Please take note of measurements/size of your purchase so as not to be disappointed when your parcel arrives. Measurements are shown in the product descriptions on our Product Pages.

Della Shipping Information:

Our parcels are delivered within South Africa to a physical address. If you are located within the major centres then delivery will be 2 to 3 working days. Should you be located in a ‘grey area’ or outlying area please allow 3 to 4 working days delivery time.

VAT:

  • Prices includes 15% VAT.

Does Della ship internationally?

At present we don’t offer international delivery, but we will be adding it to our offering via DHL.

Can I return my parcel?

We hope that you will be satisfied with all our jewellery pieces, but in the unlikely event that there is an issue with an item i.e.: manufacture fault – you may return it, in its original packaging for our account, provided that we are notified within 48 hours of purchase. We will gladly send a replacement as no refunds will be given.

Where are the Della products stocked besides online?

Atelier by Sabrina Maingard: Quarters Hotel, 101 Florida Road, Durban.

By appointment in Estate 1 within Mount Edgecombe, Durban.

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

Does Della offer custom designed products?

We don’t offer alternative designs to those stocked in our online shop.
